This is the worst Banfield Pet Hospital I have ever visited. The Techs and Veterinarians are the most incompetent people in the world. If you are prepared to pay then this is the place for you, otherwise don't risk having your pet seen there and forget about their wellness plan because it is no plan at all just another way for them to get more money out of your pocket every month. Don't bother speaking to their practice manager "Zach" because he is no manager at all, just a tech with Practice Manager as his title. He wouldn't know how to resolve an issue even if it was in a book scripted for him. They are not willing to take any ownership what so ever of any mistakes that they have made. Every excuse is used to put back onto your pet. It's your pet that must have been licking it, it's your pet that must have been chewing on it, oh better yet your pet must have been running and jumping all of course after being sedated and everyone knows how mobile they are after being sedated. Don't risk it, it's not worth it.

Had a fabulous experience and will keep coming back. I have all 3 of my dogs on their "wellness plans" and all of my dogs are well taken care of. The review from "R" must have been when there was different staff or something because I've been going to this location for the past 5 years and haven't had a problem. My dogs love coming in and they all wag their tails and get excited in the car as soon as we get to the parking lot. The vet tech always asks if she can give my dogs a treat before she gives one and always lavishes my babies with attention. My questions get answered and the visit is always thorough Sounds like "R" need to pay better attention and remember you get what you pay for. I'm not about to price shop vets. That's ridiculous. R doesn't need to be a pet owner if he can't afford to properly take care of his pet without bargain shopping.
