Dr. Kutch at Creekside Animal Hospital has taken care of my basset hounds for 20 years, since before she opened Creekside. Dr. Kutch and Dr. Muse are both very experienced, knowledgeable, caring, kind veterinarians that I highly recommend. The staff at Creekside is also very good. I enjoyed my last basset hound (my child)an extra couple of years due to Dr. Kutch's excellent care of her heart condition. I cannot say enough good things about Creekside. I highly recommend anyone take their pets to Creekside.

Our dog barely survived an attack by 2 other dogs. Torn up, multiple bites, scars, and dislocated hip which needed reconstructive surgery. My dog was 4 years old then, and came through the surgery thanks to the docs at creekside. She is now 9 and walks up to 9 miles on hikes with my wife and I, a real trooper! Thanks Again Creekside!

The groomer was terrible. My dog looks a wreck. I was told she was very experienced but after seeing my animal I feel like I just took my yorkie to Walmart for a hair cut. I wouldn't recommend the grooming services or the one groomer they have. I've had a better experience at VIP down on Park Row. It's a longer drive but worth it. If my Petie looked this bad she was probably rought with him too.

Worst experience ever! Our rabbit got very sick so we called to make an appointment which they wouldn't get us in until 6PM while waiting for the appointment she took a turn for the worst so we brought her in to be put down. They made us wait in the waiting room with our dying bunny in our hands. Another customer who came after us got to go into the back room to be with their animal. Our bunny died in our arms while we were waiting in the loud waiting room. Then when we complained they just told us "Sorry you're having a bad day." This is the worst vet clinic around and even though they are extremely close we will never be going here again!

I live a block away on Vestavia. One day I was out walking my dog about a mile from the house and another dog attacked my dog. She had puncture wounds and was bleeding heavily. I'm new to the area and the only vet I had seen was Creekside. We rushed up there, about 15 minutes from their closing time, and they got us in immediately. They were so caring and attentive...I haven't ever bothered to find another vet. We've since taken our dog back for a teeth cleaning, checkups, and we get all our medicine there. A big thank you to Dr. Muse and the girls at Creekside!
