I have been taking all of my animals here for over 10yrs. I first started with my cocker, I eventually had to put her down. They showed great emotions knowing it was a very hard decision. Shortly after I got another dog. Check ups went great. Unfortunately she got into some of my meds. They were great. Knowing I was on a fixed income we worked things out. I would not take my dog anywhere else. As for the complaint about Dr. Westbrook, he is the main one that helped me both during the emergency as well as when I had to put my other dog down. These people love animals.

I have been taking my cat to Love Pet Hospital throughout her life and I've always been pleased with the care she's received. The vet's maintain an excellent demeanor, go into great detail to explain treatment options and their staff have also been exemplary. The prices for each visit are affordable, whether going through routine checkup with booster/vaccination shots, or when treating an illness.

We have a new foster dog from the local shelter who hasn't been feeling well. I was so relieved at how Dr. Wisbrock clued right in to the little dog's rare and very serious blood disorder. Dr. Wisbrock was really concerned and kept our little foster baby there all day several times to observe him and see how he reacted to treatment. He'd call and leave updates on his condition, which was great. I also find it particularly interesting that our shy, sick little foster dog bursts into wags when the staff and doctors deal with him. He is obviously treated very well there. I say this because this particular foster dog can be very shy and growly with people. One of the Vet techs came out and talked to me while I was waiting one time and I was shocked at how excited and happy our tiny patient was to see him! He can be so unfriendly and growly sometimes, but the people at Love Pet hospital obviously have taken the time to make him feel comfortable during his weekly day-long visits. That's a relief for me because I know he's very sick and I don't want him to be stressed by vet visits. He's getting well and they obviously care about the animals. I get very attached to animals and view them as family, so this is great! This hospital has made it easier for me to sleep at night because I know they give good care - not just science/medicine-wise, but also in the form of kindness and caring.

Right before Thanksgiving, we had some contractors at our house, and while we were gone, they accidentally let one of our dogs out of the fence. A daycare center down the street found her, and called Love Pet Hospital based on her tags. Anyway, long story short, Love was unable to locate us (I was at work, wife was shopping), so they sent someone over to pick her up, brought her back to the clinic, and kept her in a crate with food and water overnight. They called several times leaving messages, and updating us on the status of our dog. Unfortunately, we didn't get the voice mail (or realized our dog was gone) until after they had already closed, which is why they kept her overnight. I was so happy to find out our dog was safe, and especially happy to know I'm doing business with a vet that went the extra mile for us when they didn't have to.
