I won't lie, my dog is not the friendliest dog in the world, he has a little tick on his sheet (he doesn't bite people, but he gets very verbal about his dislike towards certain situations) but every time I go there they are kind and very gentle with him. The prices on some things are a little high and on some things they seem to be a little low. Sure there are other places I could take my dog but I don't want to, the service is great and the vets there are easy to deal with.

My fiance and I took her cats here to get a checkup and have updated charts since they had not been to a vet in a few years and we needed the updated charts for our new apartment. The staff was excellent from the moment we walked in. Unlike the user below, we didn't have an issue with the front desk staff, both of the ladies there were incredibly nice and informative. We were able to get prices beforehand so that we could evaluate whether we wanted to get certain tests completed. The cats were obviously scared and confused since this was only the second time in their lives that they had left the apartment my fiance was living in, but the staff was wonderful with them and didn't have any trouble handling the momma who doesn't like to be held at all. They were very happy to go back home afterwards, but they aren't afraid of the cat carriers like we thought they would be after. All in all, it was a great experience and we even found out that neither of them have feline leukemia (we previously thought the momma did). While that did cost extra, the staff was very informative about the positives of re-testing. Now we get to enjoy their company without worry that their lives will be cut short. Overall we recommend them for your dogs and cats. Keep them healthy and happy so you can get more time to play with them.

Very rude people -- receptionist and the Vet. I walked out and will never go back.

Communicating with the VERY RUDE little twit they have working at the desk was a nightmare, she had a horrible attitude, and no clue about what good customer service is. I cannot believe they hire people so rude to "help" people. Bad management obviously....I will not be going back there ever again.

Dr. Boston was very detailed in her explanation of my dog's symptoms and pretty thorough in the exam. Their lobby is very clean, unlike a lot of vet's offices I've been to. Highly recommend.
