My cat was having cluster seizures this past weekend and i needed emergency help for him on Sunday. This clinic advertises 24 hour emergency care on their website and they did not come to help my cat. I posted a comment on the Austin Avenue Veterinary Clinic facebook page the other day calling them out for denying my cat care on sunday. I made it clear that i saw they advertised 24 hour emergency care on their website and that i was appalled that they denied my cat critical care when he needed it most. They deleted the comment off of the page. Didnt answer me or send me a message, no, they deleted the comment. My cat passed away on Tuesday. If he had been able to receive that care on Sunday, he may still be here right now.

Dr. Bailey is great with my dogs, and the clinic handles them very well when they are boarded there. Both of my dogs are always uneasy going to the vets office, but always come back happy and healthy. Austin Ave is very affordable too.
