I brought in one of my cats because he was in pain and was not able to urinate. After discussing options the only thing I could do was to put him down. It was hard but I didnt want him to be in anymore pain. This week my other cat is showing the same symptoms so I call the vet and ask if I can bring in all three cats to check them out and I know the one is having problems like the one we had to put down. I was told I would have to pay three seprate vet exam fees for each one. REALLY? I just had to put down one of my cats, I was heart broken and now i have another one who is acting the same and I want her checked out and I mihgt as well have the other two checked and you want me to pay $114 just to look at them not including meds or if i have to put one of them down like the first one. I use to love this vet clinic i was amazed at how wonderful they were but now i see its just about the money not the owner or animal.

I was VERY upset with the job that Dr. Fuller and his staff did when I took my 3 month old puppy to have his ears cropped. He is a APBT and I specifically asked Dr. Fueller to not do a "hog or fight" cut on him that I wanted his ears cropped like a boxer. When I first saw the ears after his surgery I commented on how short they were and I was told the ears would grow bigger as the dog grew. To top it off my dog has permanant damage to one of the ears due to the tech not paying attention because he was in a hurry to leave. The posts were wrapped so tightly that my dogs ear began to swell as if someone had punched him in his ear... I was forced to unwrap them. The flesh of my dogs ear stuck to the bandage and pulled away making a very painful bleeding wound. He now has a bald spot where the hair will never grow back. Not to mention that the blonde haired lady behind the desk is VERY rude and the little dark brown haired girl with an accent mistreats animals. She was told my dog was not leash trained and would not walk on a leash so she proceeded to yank and pull him across the floor all the while my dog is choking because he is NOT leash trained! I would not recommend this vet or his staff to anyone!

If you enjoy paying ridiculously high bills to have your animals misdiagnosed before watching them slowly die then this is the vet for you.

I just recently moved from College Station to the DFW area and am extremely upset with Briarcrest Vet Clinic. My beloved canine, whom I've had for 12 years and thought was in great health, was on the brink of death last night because of a heart murmur that this clinic failed to detect all 4 times I had taken my dog in over the past year for various examinations. The two vets she has seen here in DFW over the past 24 hours both said that this should have been detected months ago. Now she is in congestive heart failure and requires urgent treatment. I thought the quick exams at Briarcrest were due to them being very knowledgeable but now I deeply regret ever taking my dog here! I would not suggest this clinic for your 4-legged loved one.
