My opinion of this business is rapidly declining. They only seem to be able to offer the most extensive and expensive solutions. When an owner elects to not take their recommendation, the vets begin increase pressure that the only option is their recommendation and the owner is being cruel to the pet if it is not followed. Regardless of how the vets might feel, what might be a obvious option for human treatment does not automatically transfer to pets for many reasons and the operators should not second guess that decision.

They treated me like I was a terrible ferret owner and gave me terrible advice. I am now paying multiple times what I should to fix the problems Kingdom Animal Hospital's veterinarian ignored. They give terrible service and charge for the smallest things (treats to "calm" the animal).

Please, if you use this clinic, demand seeing Dr. Lara. She is the only one who knows what she is doing and gives the best care. Dr. Bump and Dr. Knight are both not trustworthy to give adequate care or advice for caring for your beloved animals. I have lost one dog because of their poor are and another close friend of mine has lost a pet because of a Dr. Bump doing a procedure that led the the untimely death of her pet.

Dr. Bump and her staff were absolutely amazing. We came in from out of town on a family emergency and ended up with our dog having an emergency. It was just after 12PM on a Saturday when they typically close(most vets don't have Saturday hours) and they squeezed us in. They were very accommodating, and gave us everything we needed to be on our way. They even gave us notes and a slide of the cells from her infection to take back to our vet. The cost was extremely reasonable and the care was amazing. I highly recommend this vet.

From guinea pigs to dogs, these vets know what they are dealing with. They will stay after hours to help answer any questions or help. I feel genuinely cared for and the pricing is fair.
