Dr. Lumpee and Dr Brockett are wonderful. Unfortunately the office staff is not. In particular a woman with long hair (Pattie?). She was incredibly rude not only to me but to the people she spoke to on the phone while ignoring myself and the other patrons in the office. It was also troubling to see her "training" another employee with such an unbelievably sour attitude. The office was busy that morning but arent we all???? This was the first time I have ever been treated so badly at BSAH and I hope it is the last or else we shall take our business elsewhere.

We picked this place because one day we hit a kitten with our car accidentally. We rushed it to another vet closer to our house and they turned us away and were quite rude. We then went to this vet and were very impressed with their kindness. The kitten was not ours but we wanted to bring it in just in case he could be saved. He could not and they took care of the bill. We have been going there ever since. A few days ago we had to put our special dog to sleep. He was 11 years old and had cancer. It was so terrible for us. But it was really something when your vet, someone you barely know, tears up for your special dog. She really made the horrible situation less awful. To top that off, we received a sympathy card from them today we everyone's signature. We are very thankful for these people.
