Over the last 20 years Chris has cared for all of our animals (4 dogs,2 cats) and the care has always been excellent! The staff there is very caring and really loves animals. I have used Central Animal Clinic to board the dogs when we are out of town and I know they are walked and cared for while they are there. The medical care and advise has always been excellent. I would highly recommend the clinic to owners who love their pets!

I have been taking my animals to Dr Rose and his staff since 1999 , and you could not ask for better care! I am moving back to Canada and will miss the folks at the clinic.I hope am am lucky enough to find a vet that is as caring as all the ones at Central Animal Clinic. All my dogs have thrived and lived very long in his care. 28 years of care for my animals. Jenny lived to be a 23 year old Rat Terror. When it came time to put them down for old age and genetic booby traps he let me hold them till they passed.

Since 2005, they have taken care of my Schnauzers and cats for routine exams and vaccines as well as for boarding when I am out of town. They have also performed less routine surgeries for growths, spaying, neutering, and other less routine treatments and tests. I have never experienced any negative customer service issues or billing issues. I have compared my experiences with them and a 24-hour emergency clinic that I used primarily for emergencies involving mice poison in one case and a ruptured abscess in another, as well as for other routine care and boarding and Central Animal Clinic's customer vet service, billing, and boarding costs are better by a long margin. If Central Animal Clinic was a 24-hour emergency vet clinic, I would have gone there. They also make recommendations when they cannot provide the best service such as when I contacted them with a love bird case (they work primarily with dogs and cats) and for emergencies after hours. I highly recommend this clinic to pet owners who want reasonable fees for routine pet care - people who want a back rub, a pep talk, a soft drink while they wait, or a wide selection of overpriced pet products should try other clinics. Dr. Rose and his staff and other vets that work with him have earned my continued business as long as I live within 30 miles of the clinic.

Customer service is terrible!!! Tried calling several times to get an appointment booked for my mothers 2 pomeranians and the two differnt girls I spoke to wer very rude and impaitient. I even offered to call back at another time since they were busy and I was hung up on twice!!!! Worst phone skills I have encountered in a long time from a service based business...
