I called to schedule an appointment at this location because our usual Banfield location was booked. One of the works Misty or Missy not sure but clearly made me realize WHY I don't go here. When I ask simple concerning questions about my pet at our usual location they take their time to explain and ease my concern. Misty on the other hand couldn't wait to get off the phone. I asked about how to test my dog for my concerns and she just said "you can ask the doctor when you come in, do you want the 3pm appointment?" As if I would say no?! Then I asked can you check if our other dogs need a check up and she say "oh no we don't have time, only a 3pm appt." I said ok well you can't see them both at the same time and she says "No we are only alloted a certain time in a room for a pet." Our other location lets me take ALL 4 dogs we own at the same time.... To Misty what are you doing working at Banfield pet hospital if you know nothing? To the manager I am only coming here because I know my dog deserves to feel better even if I to deal with this your workers BS! Ugh for me to ever come here by choice will be when you change your CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope a manager reads this because I will not be silent especially when this location IS suppose to be where we go but because of their service we drive to another!
