I took my cat Cowboy to this location after bringing him back from Australia. I signed up for the Pet Wellness program that they sell and thought it would be great. You pay $39/month and sign a contract to receive discounts basically. I just hung up on the person I was just speaking with there a few minutes ago and will not ever go back. I called to speak with Dr. Brooke who was the best person at the so called practice. The last time I took Cowboy in was a month or so ago to have his teeth cleaned and spoke with her about returning to Australia - she told me to come see her once I knew when I was going back because there were strict rules about taking an animal into Australia and that she was aware of the process from helping another patient. So....today I called to speak with her and was told she had been promoted (very happy for her but sad for customers there) and was no longer at that location. I asked to speak with the other vet - the girl put me on hold and came back with "she said to look online at some website to figure out what was needed." I stopped her and said "That is why I want to pay YOU guys, to help me navigate through the process". She replied again with something similar - which is just so typical of all the previous issues I had with them. It is ridiculous. Your experience will totally depend on who you speak with there - if you get someone good then it will be ok but often in my experience I found it frustrating b/c they were not customer focused. I had a conversation with Dr. Brooke not that long ago after I called to make an apt for Cowboy after he was in a fight and had an abscess that needed medical attention. When I called that time - they couldn't see him b/c there were no appts available. I reminded them that I was paying $39 each month for the Pet Wellness program but they still didn't make an apt until I called and complained to Dr, Brooke. Don't bother going here - find a nice neighborhood vet who wants your business and cares about your pet because he loves animals.

Staff is personable and friendly. I had lots of questions each time I take my puppy Camo to her vet appointments and they have always been able to answer them and give good advice. They make us feel welcomed and loved!

I hate this place so badly! I have a pug that they nearly killed. Banfield sold me the flea and tick medicine call FIRSTSHIELD TRIO. It almost killed my poor little pug. I gave her the medicine at 6pm at night and she was throwing up, and falling over like she was a little helpless pug by 4am. I called Banfield the next day and they told me to bring her for a free check up at no charge. I did what they asked. Come an hour later the vet came and told me that her kidney levels where very low and she was very dehydrated. That they needed to get her hydrated asap and it was going to cost 200 dollars plus the 388.08 that they had charged me to check her when they told me to bring my little pug in for a free check up. This place is a scam and should not recommend the FIRSTSHIELD TRIO to noone! I will never ever go to this place again! Watch out they might kill your dog or charge alot of money for something that they are at fault and tell you to come in for a free consultation when at then end it is not. BS.
