Amazing service with professionalism and courtesy. Very friendly staff, Dr. Stone has the best bedside manner with my dog, Jaxson is always excited to see him. Soothing, well informed and provides answers to questions with ease. Way to take care of my "son" after surgery with minimal invasiveness. He was a happy dog after surgery. Gave me clear cut precise instructions on care and followup. I would recommend Blockhouse creek Animal Hospital to all my friends.

Wow. I won't be taking my pets back here. Whoever they have answering the phone today 6-7-14 at 12 noon was extremely uncaring. We have 4 kittens we were trying to find homes for and were unsuccessful. We had several litters that sort of exploded on us. We ended up with 15 kittens, 11 of which we were able to rehome to friends, friends of friends, and co-workers. The last 4 little guys didn't have anywhere to go. I took my cat Neo there a couple of times and he was helped in the past, but my god this woman was incredibly insensitive. After trying to find a surrender no-kill shelter and finding nothing but money hungry jerks (CatzJazz wants $200 PER CAT - greedy bastards) I figured Blockhouse Animal Hospital would have employees that gave a damn about animal welfare. But this is not the case apparently. The two doctors that helped my pet in the past were great, but the front line person - the person that makes a first impression to a caller - was rude, unapplogetically insensitive and by all rights should not be working in animal care. This incredibly callous woman INTERRUPTED what I was saying and said "Craigslist. Walmart." I asked what she meant by "walmart." This woman then explained "Just go to Walmart and stand out there and give them away. Or put them on craigslist. We dont take any pets." Someone who is in animal care should realize that there are even worse human beings out there (worse than she is, surprisingly) that will come and take the kittens and pretend they are adopters, but will take them and abuse them or kill them. What kind of imbecile doesn't take this into account when someone is trying to help some kittens who need a home? This is incredibly ridiculous to me. Also, she's a bold faced LIAR as I personally surrendered an abandoned newborn kitten to this very same hospital no less than 2 weeks ago. Because of this, Blockhouse Creek Animal Hospital has lost a customer forever. I will be taking any and all of my pets elsewhere. Remember - June 7th, 2014 at about 12:00 PM, whoever was answering the phone is an uncaring human being that should not have been hired by this company.

Best veterinarian office I have ever been to. Dr. Judd is wonderful. I have taken 3 very ill animals in there and she spent the time to figure out what was wrong with each one of them.

Best Veterinarian I have ever known. I have been going here with my animals for more than 11 years. I feel like I have friends here who really care about my animals. I wouldn't trust my precious pets to anyone else.

Terrible experience! Chose this vet due to proximity to home. Such a mistake :(. The experience was pretty good at the appointment. Staff was nice, service was quick. When I got home, I realized that there had been a misunderstanding about a medication that I thought was supposed to be a sample but I ended up getting charged $30 for. When I called to find out if it was possible to return the medicine, the person I spoke with was rude and defensive and didn't even allow me to get to my question about returning the item until at least 10 minutes into the conversation and asking managers and doctors what to do making a ridiculously huge deal out of a simple request. When I was finally able to ask "is it possible for me to return it?" after being spoken over and cut off for 10 minutes the person that I was working with yelled at me saying "yes, but you have to bring it back right now!", I said, oh ok, thanks, right now? and she said "YES RIGHT NOW" and then hung up on me. IMO people that cannot effectively communicate with customers should not be in customers service. It is possible that everyone else that works here is polite and kind to others, but the person I dealt with completely ruined it for me. I will not return here, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
