Great clinic! My whole family uses this group. They are very sympathetic and accurate with diagnosis. They even made putting my elderly cocker spaniel Wiggles down a less traumatic experience.

Friendly and took their time examining my dog. prices are very reasonable.

I've had nothing but excellent service here for my cats. Dr. Neely and staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The building itself is a little old and outdated, but cosmetics is a minor thing when it comes to my pet's health.

I tried this veterinary clinic after several disappointments at Banfield (PetSmart) and have been very pleased, but what inspires me to write this review is my experience with my dog. "Cessna" was diagnosed by Dr. Thompson with lymphoma. He spent about 1/2 an hour with me discussing his diagnostic suspicions, prognosis, and available treatment options. When the path report was +, he spent another 1/2 hour with me on the phone, again outlining all treatment options and expressing his sympathy. When we were faced with the decision to euthanize Cessna, he carefully explained the process and gently eased her out of her suffering and supported our grieving. I can't imagine a more compassionate team. WONDERFUL!

I still drive my dog to the Cedar Park Animal Clinic after moving out of the 'burbs in 2005. The staff treats my Aussie shepherd like family. Boarding prices are reasonable in comparison to Austin rates. My dog, when she has been boarded, has been taken care of well.The staff really cares about their clients - dogs and owners.
