It is with great honor and pleasure that I write this review for the folks at Premier Animal Hospital. I have been seeing Dr Daigle for many many years now and I couldn't more pleased.. He and his staff are super and they have always made me and my Dobermans feel like family from day one. Dr Daigle and the staff are very compassionate and will do whatever it takes to make me and my dogs happy and comfortable. I just can't say enough about them and how great they are. I used to live in Round Rock when I had my first Dobie and she has since passed on, but I now have 2 more and actually live in Austin, but I continue to drive to Cedar Park, because I have a trust with Premier, that no one else can touch and it is worth the drive. You guys are the best and I would highly recommend anyone for your services. Thank you so much for making me and my dogs extremely happy :-) Skip Neal

I've explored several kennels/dog daycares lately this is hands down my favorite for boarding and daycare. The only other place that even came close was Zoot but Premier pet spa wins. Premier was nicer, cleaner and less expensive, zoot's upside was they had alot more outdoor space. Customer service at premier was also great, they were nice and seemed to know what they were talking about. People shouldn't complain or be surprised about extra charges for extra services, you don't go to a restaurant and ask for extra fries and then expect it to be free?! I thought that their pricing was very competitive and clear. I've yet to see another kennel in the area that was anywhere near as good overall or as clean as this one!

I've only boarded my doggie here once, but everything seemed great! He's headed for a second stay - I'm happy with the staff and the process, the price, but I'm curious as to what other peoples experiences are, so please post!
