The facilities were very well kept and more homely feeling than the previous clinic. They did not have several doctors and nurses trying to get as many patients in as possible, but instead had a more personal 1 on 1 experience. Dr. Bumgardner was very knowledgeable and performed a stain test and then a tear test on my dogs eye in front of me. She found the issue and gave me a medication to treat the problem.

We use Lovan Care Animal Clinic for vet and boarding services. They are very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I know my dog is safe and well cared for when I leave him with them. I think he really enjoys his visits!

Absolutely the best vet in town! I was a wreck when Cooper was sick and they were so sweet to both of us! This was the first time he visited a vet and came home calm not and completely angry!

I took my dog to get neutered and came out with no dog. All they told me was that he had an allergic reaction to the anesthesia. They said that maybe the liver didn't metabolize the drug properly. However, (and I'm no expert of course) but, the fact that they told me he went through the surgery and had an allergic reaction after the fact makes me question how this was approached. This was not my primary vet and I was required to take him to Lovan Care by the adoption agency I got him from. On top of that, because I live in an apartment I am required to pay a monthly pet fee, so it is understandable that the apartment complex I live in require proof of his death, apparently they can't even write up a simple memo or letter stating my dogs death at Lovan Care and send it to my email or let alone print it and hand it to me in person. Instead, the receptionist said that she is only able to fax it directly. I think this is rude considering that my dog passed away in this clinic.

I enjoyed the doctor, but did not like the boarding. when picked my animals up the next day, they had urinated all over their beds, and i ended up buying new beds. so they did not check them or they did not let them out of kennels.
