Taking our dog here was the best decision we ever made. It definitely wasn't cheap, but for the care your animal gets and the reassurance that the staff gives you, I don't think you can put a price on it. I couldn't believe how well our 10 year boxer recovered from her splenectomy. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff and students that cared for my Sadie. We will definitely be back!!
I strongly dislike this place, nobody had enough heart to even receive my baby kitten who was DYING in my arms. She kept on meowing for help because her sickness was that painful. All this place cares about is the money they receive 24 hours! Trust me, I went to every animal hospital/ clinic in bryan & college station & nobody wanted to help but seeing the money FIRST. Whats that? Its not the same, pets cant have insurance to cover things like we do! Yeah, Its soo easy for them to just stick a needle & not even give them a second chance. She died in my arms feeling hopeless, I couldnt do much because I had no money for what every clinic was asking for.
I was so disappointed with this fine institution. I took my very ill puppy into the emergency room, being a typical student with not a lot of disposable income. I was faced with an institution that has lost all morality and ethic, placing a money sign on every living animals head. The minute I walked in they saw that I was in desperate need of help, instead of showing concern they told me that it was $135 to be admitted and the cost to give my dog i.v. fluids was going to exceed $300 on top of the emergency fee! The student staff did not do anything to help my poor dog because I couldn't afford the procedure. My beautiful dog died in my arms and I still got a $250 dollar bill for stepping into the e.r. room. Unless you are really rich I do not recommend this place at all.
Okay, I am a hard one to impress, but I can say this... Texas A&M Small Animal Hospital is frikin' awesome! I have never been impressed with a business more than I am with them. Yes, it's costing me quite a bit more, but I can say taking my babe girl Bella with Parvo to them was the best decision and value for my money! Thank you guys and gals so much for treating her like we would have! Customer for life... Steven Robinson
Best experience ever, everyone was so helpful. My dog recover in less than 6 months all thanks to the work of experts!
