What can I say? Nothing but the best of care for our critters. So far, they've treated a total of four cats and three dogs and they have provided loving care for all of them. When we go in with our pets, they are treated like family. We've also boarded all of our animals there at one time or another and they've been given excellent care. I have and will continue to recommend Crossroads Veterinary to animal parent.

We have used Crossroads for almost 5 years and love them dearly. They are so gentle with all of our animals and when our Rottweilers had puppies, we knew they were in the best hands. Even after we moved 30 minutes away, we still continue to use them because they are, hands down, the best vets around!! Great, low prices and all of the best pet foods you can get. The love these people have for our animals is obvious, as they know each one by name and personality and are very loving and kind to all of them AND us.

Dr. Beene and Dr. Carriker are awesome. Both are extremely talented, caring and compassionate veterinarians who take the time to examine your animal to find out what's really bothering him, and then have the patience to explain it to you instead of talking in technical terms. I will only take my animals to Crossroads. In addition the Veterinary Technicians, Amber, Jaclyn, Donna and Erin, are amazing and have all gone above and beyond for my pets. The rest of the staff is also knowledgeable and helpful, but these are the ones my dogs are excited to see every time we're there, and my dogs will never be seen by anyone else if it can be helped.

Great atmosphere. Very friendly and wonderful service. Never have to wait on my appointments and usually I get in there minutes before my set appointment. They take good care of my animals.

I am military so moving around is part of life. Finding reputable businesses in general can be quite difficult. Since relocating to Texas and coming upon Crossroads Veterinary, purely by accident, I have not been happier with a Vet clinic. I became familiar with them as I had heard from another military family they were a great clinic. So I first took my two cats to them and was satisfied. One of my kittens was spayed there and their treatment of my $600 AKC Maine Coon cat was fantastic. About a year after first going to them I almost ran over a puppy who was obviously dumped on the highway in Austin. I picked up this poor animal up and called them late in the day, close to the closing of the office. I told them my situation and they actually stayed a bit later for me to bring her in as she was obviously covered with mange and in very bad shape. The stayed open for me to get to them and kept her for two days starting her on her way of becoming healthy. When I came to get her they gave me excellent advice as to how to care for her and gave me the products I needed to do so as well. Currently, my puppy, who now at just a year weighs almost 80 lbs, LOVES going to the clinic. I take her in for the obvious but also for what we call her "spa" days where she is bathed, nails trimmed, etc about once a month and Marjory loves it there! They spoil her rotten and I am just so happy with the clinic, the staff, the Veterinarian....It is by far the best vet clinic I have ever used.
