We just moved from Georgia and needed to take our dogs to the vet for their yearly exam. The visit cost us twice as much at the Corinth Animal Hospital. I needed one of my dogs nails clipped and they charged us for it. If I would have know it wasn't free I wouldn't have done it. They charged us $14.00 to clip his nails??

I am very disappointed in this vetinary clinic. I have been using them for years for treatment and boarding for my pets. I had set up to board my pets with them this weekend and pick them up on Saturday. Their hours are 8am to 12pm on Saturday. I happened to drive by the clinic and saw that they are going to be closed this Saturday. I called them and they confirmed that they are going to be closed due to an employee wedding. I asked them how I am going to pick up my pets if they are closed. They told me to be at the clinic at 9am to pick up my pets but that time schedule did not work for me so the frustrated receptionist asked me when I could pick them up and I told her I thought I could around 10:30am. She then said fine, make sure that I am there at 10:30am that she would meet me and hung up. I couldn't believe how she made it out to be my fault when clearly it wasn't. I called back and spoke with one of the doctors. I told her the situation and she did not offer me any other arrangements like maybe picking my pets up on Monday but not charging me extra. So, I simply said I would take my business elsewhere and she said "OK." They obviously do not need business and do not know how to solve problems that they create by closing during business hours.

I use to be loyal customer, up until this past year. Steadily they became short, irritated with me calling, and did not care about the health of my dog. My dog was diagnosed with cancer, and they said they would take care of the lumps, and gave me an estimate. During the operation, I was told I would receive a call half-way through about another lump. I received one....at 2, not noon, and they said they would be taking it off as a precaution. I was fine with that, they told me $50 extra...turned out to be $100. Following couple of weeks my dog began to shake, despite it being warm. They told me to drop her off. (Never got a reason why) and they would call me shortly to let me know what steps they needed to take. After their lunch time I called, since I dropped her off at 8 that morning, I had expected a call. The receptionist rudely said she didn't know, and she would call me back. 4 P.M. I am concerned and on edge about my dogs health. I called again, the same lady told me she did not know, and to come up there in 30 minutes. By this time, I am irate, I asked her if my dog was dead or what....she said let me get the Dr. (Are you kidding me?) She comes back on and says my dogs is fine and to come up there. I get into the exam room with Dr. King, and he says they gave her a steroid shot and something else....I asked WHEN exactly was someone suppose to call me, let me know of the charges, and what was going on. HE had such a stupor expression, and said sometimes there is just "mis-communication" between the staff. I told him the disrespect and negligence was un-exceptable, especially for 10+ years of service. He said sorry, he would talk to the staff. Before leaving I asked where there charges...since I was never called...and she said $300. I was in disbelief, and angry, I asked why was it so high, and why does she think it's fair to charge that, after I clearly said to call me, she said it "just was, for the services." After this I said fine, I won't bother coming back, and she just stared. For over ten years of coming there, and with 4 dogs, I would expect some kind of customer relation, and caring gratitude (Like calling your dog after surgery, or when you drop them off for the day shaking.) Nope.....they just want your money, they could care less about the health of your pet.

The worst professional business i have ever been to. Charged me double what i was quoted. Mis diagnosed my dog never apologized. After my dog tested + for cancer and they were the fastest place to have the surgery they canceled the day of surgery and said they no longer wanted help us with our animals. I didn't want to go back anyway but we were told the sooner the better. So if you like being lied to, over charged, never want an apology, and hate your animals please take them to Corinth Animal Hospital. I wonder why they are not a member of the better business bureau???

Dr. Zenker and her staff went above and beyond with my dog who was diagnosed with Addison's disease. I love this place. I will always take any pet of ours to their office and will recommend them to anyone I can. The staff is very friendly and caring. I can't say enough positive things about Corinth Animal Hospital, the vets, and their staff.
