Great Doctors and staff I have been to many vets and animal hospitals this one by far is the best. They actually care for the pets not just $money$ like most and may God continue to bless them and their families.

I have gone to Crosby Vet for years. What happened to them? First I take my mama dog there as she has the runs. They said she has no worms. Then when I got rid of the the first set of puppies they had worms they got from mama. So I spent more money and took her and the remaining pups to get shots and dewormed. I also had one puppy who was throwing up his food. They did an X-ray and said we have no idea? ( And you went to Vet school?) They tell me feed him soft food and smaller portions. He weighed 5.2 lbs while his brother and sisters were 8 and 9 lbs. Went back for recheck a week later and he was down to 4lbs and had pnemonia. I balled my eyes out when I had to put him down. Then yesterday after paying them last October to give my dogs ALL shots I take my dogs to doggie day care to find out that they didn't give them the Bordetalla shot. Never again will I set foot in this place and I drove 30 miles to get there as I trusted them. If you love your pet take them elsewhere

I have two 6 month old puppies. I have been taking them to this vet since I got them when they were 6 weeks old. They got all of their shots here, and even got a fourth round to be safe. One of them got Parvo, and was very sick. This vet saved her, and didn't charge me anything for the procedures or medication, because they were up to date on their shots. You may have to wait a while, and they get you out as quickly as possible, but they care about the animals. I will continue to use this vet while I have pets.

It's the best place I've taken horses and dogs to. If you want reasonable prices and common sense answers. Bad reviews for this place would be like me giving out free BBQ sandwiches. Some people are going to complain no matter what. Maybe these people need to drive into Houston pay double the rate at some yuppy place that will lengthen the life of their dying pet just to milk their pockets dry.

I have used Crosby Vet for 12+ years up until I moved from Texas. These guys are reasonable and straight to the point-which is how I like it. I firmly believe in quality of life not quantity in animals as well as humans. We had a dog that had gotten shot and had a spinal injury. I took him in and they told me that he probably would not make it. He had no use in his back legs and could not stand. I had raised this dog from a bottle fed puppy and it was very difficult-I asked to take him home and try to get him better. They gave me medication to help him stay comfortable, and explained to me how to help him go to the bathroom and keep him comfortable. Fifteen days later he was able to walk again...not as well as before, but on his feet and going forward. He steadily improved and eventually only had a slightly noticeable limp. I am glad I did not give up on him! Later when I did have to put him down for other reasons, they came outside and took care of everything in my truck so I could take him back home. It was one of the saddest days I have ever had, and they were compassionate enough to not make me have to bring him in and have to face others while I was suffering this great loss. I will be forever grateful. They have taken care of my cats, other dogs and horses and I have recommended them to several others and will continue to do so.
