We brought our dog in from being impaled on a tree branch----picked her up with an unclean wound with 3 measly staples holding together a 4-inch puncture. It was rotting and dripping a foul smelling liquid within 2 hours---and NO PAIN PILLS. We took her to our regular vet and they had to cut out an inch of dead tissue around the "treated" wound then sew up the subcutaneous tissue then sew the skin...they were APPALLED that she was sent home in that condition and without pain meds, as well as without treating an impaled wound without cleaning out for splinters and debris...

Brought my red heeler in with an injury to the inside of her mouth could not see we're all the blood was coming from they got her right in and told me to go home they would call me they called me about 2 hours later they had to stitched her tongue up they were going to keep her overnight watch her very pleased with every time I've had to pay a visit whether it be just for shots or an emergency they've always handled it and with a fair price very pleased with this Animal Hospital

I am so impressed by this office! I have to say that I had an emergency and was able to get ahold of Dr. Goerdel at almost midnight. He offered to meet me up at the clinic and assist however he could. I walked in the following morning(New Years Eve) He scheduled my dogs surgery for the next day. He was very thorough in discussing all of my options and even called me right before the procedure began. He genuinely cares about his animals! I will never use another vet again! When I picked my girl up the following day detailed directions were given to me for her post op care. When we got home she seemed to still be uncomfortable so I called the office and they informed me that they could provide her with a stonger pain medication. Even though they have an in house pharmacy Dr. Woller agreed to call her in a prescription to my local pharmacy since I live about 45 minutes from their office! I would highly recommend this office to anyone! Thank you Dr. Goerdel and your team from the bottom of my heart!!!
