I took my dog Buster in to get his teeth cleaned and seek treatment for a sinus infection , and to get his yearly shots. We had called ahead and especially commented on how important that it was to get his teeth cleaned. We left Buster for the entire day to get all this accomplished, especially his teeth since they would have to sedate him. When we left Buster, we EVEN COMMENTED on good luck cleaning his teeth. When we got there to pick up Buster, we asked how the sedation went to clean his teeth! They looked at me and said, "we did not clean his teeth because we did NOT know about it!" My husband is a very calm person, but he completely came UNGLUED! His teeth NEVER got cleaned and after we gave him his sinus medicine he is worse off than before! If you value your pet as we do, DO NOT take your pet to BEST FRIENDS ANIMAL HOSPITAL! Until the office help is REPLACED or start to pay attention to what they are there for, to help you as a customer and your sick pet, DO NOT GO THERE! I am glad there was nothing more serious wrong with our pet, or things could have been truly worse than anyone thought they could! I now have taken my pet to another vet where the office staff has it GOING ON, as they should!!

WE LOVE DR BUTLER! We have taken several pets there and Dr. Butler is one of the most knowledgeable and caring veterinarians I've ever been too. I highly recommend him. His staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Butler is wonderful at explaining exactly what he's doing and all of your options if you pet is sick or injured.
