They are so helpful up there. They are quick and to the point. Not as expensive as other places. & they are the nicest ladies. My baby loves going up there he always gets the best treatment. Love this vet.

I found this office to be filled with wonderful caring people. Doctor fuller came highly recommended from my previous set who had to move out of town. when the unfortunate time came for my old best friend to pass on the entire team handled it with such compassion. Not long after her passing, doctor fuller and her team send us a card with the paw prints of our dog and a wonderful message signed by the entire staff. This was something that was totally unexpected and indicative of a group who truly cares.

I've been taking my American Bulldog there for 2 years and been very happy with the service. Dr. Fuller recommended she drop 10 pounds, and that's exactly what we did and now she is at the perfect weight and looks great. Early on they had to do a chest x-ray, and not long after they did her spay, and she didn't try to bite anyone so I'd say they did a good job. No major emergencies, but lots of minor stuff such as weekly allergy shots. My dog does not trust strangers but the staff has been very willing to take the time to let her warm up to them (with the help of lots of treats) and she actually loves going there because we always begin and end every exam/procedure with a few treats for her from them. They know my dog trusts me and that I can control her, so rather than man-handle her themselves (even though they're all women) they trust me to hold her while they do what they need to, and I appreciate that. As far as the person giving a 1-star rating because of a single scheduling mix-up. Get over it. That happens at every business that makes appointments every once in awhile. It's not far to judge the whole business on that one incident.

I made a appt. for 9am two days in advance. the receptionist put me down for 8am instead of 9am. I know and anyone knows me, i do not get up early neither does my dogs. I don't even make a appt. with my own dr. at 8am. Anyways i had to wait, i waited for 30 min. in a small room with two dogs. and that was all i could take. I see now why they were making me wait, they thought i was supose to be there at 8am. BS! They blamed it on two emergencies. Their are two vets. i should have been seen. I waited 40 min. in that small room with two dogs, that didnt want to be there in the first place. I finally left, and will never return again. FYI: To the recpetionist with the dye hair, don't drag an overwieght weenie dog up the stairs by its leash, this is really wrong! You can see the dog can not go up the stairs, pick him or her up!
