They are always re-scheduling appointments when I schedule them months in advance. Then they expect me to just adjust at their convenience. I upgraded the pet insurance for dental and made the appointment 6 mo. And they want to re-schedule it for three weeks later. Only reason I gave them two stars is because the vets are nice and actually care for my pet. It's always "sorry there's nothing we can do". How about you cancel somebody else and do what you do to me and fit my pet in? Ridiculous.

We are military, moving state to state with a dog is a pain in the butt, and needing to make sure you can show shots and what not banfield is easy bc they are everywhere...

I have two dogs on their wellness plans and the staff is very friendly never had a problem

I disliked that we paid up front for their package deal and ended up having to pay over a hundred dollars out of pocket anyways. I disliked that I was to get blood test results on a certain day while we sit worrying they never called and when we did we were told we would have to wait another day or two for someone to get back to us. Mind you we are already a week from when the testing was done. I can only assume we will probably end up paying more out of pocket the longer we stay with banfield.

Worst vet experience ever! We've been banfield customers for years but this one has the worst customer service ever. They started by dropping all of my pets info out of there system. After pulling us back in, the women checking us in for an appt proceeded to argue with me because THEY mixed up 3 of our pet's records & now we had no record of our dog ever having shots. Will be finding a new vet
