I went in to buy Heartgard for my two dogs. I was aware that they price match websites because they did it for me last year. My dogs are not due to have a heartworm test done this year since they had it done last year. The employee told me that the only way they would price match the website's price for the Heartgard is if I paid for my dogs to get a heartworm test that they didn't need. My other option to get the medicine today was to pay full price for it and not have to pay for the test. This is an illegal business practice and I will no longer be taking my dogs there.

Recently our beloved pet of 15+ years passed away. Dr.'s Klein, Hopp, Nenni and staff have known us and our babies for the last 15+ plus years. They have been our preferred vets for these many years because of the care, compassion and willingness to always work with our needs and requests. We have been fortunate in that our pets have lived as long as they have under their professional care. We are extremely happy with this place. After searching numerous clinics for months, we finally found a new home for our pets. The entire staff is professional, they care and show concern for them. Our boxer recently had minor surgery and everything went great; along with teeth cleaning (which turned out amazing btw) they briefed us on the procedures, medications, and future plan for our pets. We highly recommend this place to anyone, they are affordable and as far as i'm concern they're the best animal clinic in East El Paso.

We can feel the love and see the extra care given for our furry family members from each and every staff member. This is the only Animal Hospital I will ever use.

I have been attending this animal hospital for years and have yet to be disappointed. All of the staff has always been very professional and gone above and beyond to care for my beloved furry family members.
