What people need to understand is this is not a regular vet clinic. Its an EMERGENCY CENTER. People need to stop being so stupid and stop complaining. If you read the name you'd realize that its not just a regular clinic. Of course the costs are going to be expensive. But seriously why complain about the prices of your pet when you take them there in the first place. Do you people even love your pets? I wonder how you people take care of your kids because you sure do complain a lot. Either deal with it or don't even own a damn pet. I went there at the animal emergency and it was great! Staff was very sweet and understanding. I didn't mind waiting at all because they are a business and are expected to be busy. The staff apologized for the wait..I had a great experience. If you aren't willing to care and love for your pet do not own one. And do not certainly come on being rude to the staff because its not there fault you're irresponsible and wait till the last minute.

Oct. 16, 2014 My cat has been there for IV because West banfield hospital doctor suggested that my cat needs IV in here. My cat stayed there a day. However, next day what I saw, . They didn't cleaned up towels and a litter box...till I was there. Technicians were very kind, but I didn't understand why they didn't keep clean for my sick cat even I paid there expensive hospitalization. (I paid for doctor and technician service $165). Keeping clean is a safeguard against disease. Also They gave us WRONG BILLS first time. Original cost was $450 but they gave us $1,000. OMG I complained them . Then they said "oh, it is mistake sorry." really? are you serious? They suggested us my cat needs to stay there one more day, because he seems cure yet. But even doctor didn't come out and explain his situation and only asked us more MONEY, I was so upset. Even they didn't recheck my sick cat. What a nice hospital.....

I'm very happy by the way my dog chucho was treated. Even though he was not sick nor injured he was just tangled on a cable he was immediatelly taken care off. Thank you for such a wonderful care.

biggest ripoff artists of all time! my 2 dogs ate some grapes (toxic to kidneys) so we took them here. they wanted to make them puke to see if the grapes were had been digested yet, after they did they came and told us that treatment would cost $2000 - that is not a typo, TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS- just to keep them overnight and have them on an iv!!! i promptly told them they could go make sweet, sweet love to themselves. so do you know what they charged me just to simply make the dogs puke, and nothing else? go ahead ill wait. got your guess? ok good. $235!!! yes, TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS!!! needless to say i was one step short of livid. i will never ever ever EVER go back to this dump and there shouldnt be a single person who does, unless you have a serious hatred of having money and a love of being screwed over.

Pros: folks there are very careful and do a good job caring for my cats. Though I've only had to go a couple times, both times my cats received good medical care. Cons: it is a little pricey, but I suspect that's pretty normal for 24/7 service. They did explain up front how much things would cost, so I don't feel ripped off.
