Absolutely the most AWEFUL customer service EVER!! I called to request some information regarding my pets, and the clerk was so rude and made me feel like I was completely bothering her. Will NEVER go back to this vet clinic. They better get it figured out as all of the reviews are customer complaints.

I was debating writing a review because I would be acting out of pure emotion. But after seeing the other review on here, I decided I would. My dog I have had for 13 &1/2 years was diagnosed with cancer today and unfortunately it had progressed too far and she was in a lot of discomfort. I ended up taking her to Eastwood (which were amazing despite the fact the outcome was putting her to sleep). So why am I writing this? Two reasons. She had a check up in July 2 months ago. The Vet at Eastwood addressed the fact that she is not spayed and had breast tumors. Why didn't this Vet ask me about it at all? I would like to stop thinking that if he had said anything 2 months ago, we could have bought more time. But I reached my boiling point today. The first time I visited this place I waited forever. Kinda funny considering there was nobody in the waiting room when I got there. And then to top it off this morning the Vet was not there at 8:30 when they open at 8:00. Then the receptionist told me and another gentleman he would be there at around 9:30. So I left. FAR EAST ANIMAL CLINIC, I WOULD LIKED TO HAVE SPENT MY LAST DAY WITH MY DOG AT HOME LOVING HER INSTEAD OF DRIVING AROUND ALL MORNING TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE OTHER THAN HER VET TO SEE HER. YOU ARE GREEDY. YOU CAN'T RUN A CLINIC BY YOURSELF THINKING YOU WILL JUGGLE "SURGERY HOURS" AND OFFICE VISIT HOURS. My dog needed her vet today and you disappointed greatly.

My experience at this clinic was the worst ever, I took my 6 year old dog in because she was bitten by a spider, Dr. Chevarria told me that He needed to hospitalized her to observe her, and then later HE sent her home after charging me over $500 and told me that He could not do anything and my Dog die an hour later. Also one of my good friends took their poodle this past weekend and guess what, the same thing happen to them, the dog was having abdominal pain, Dr. Chavarria told them that He need it to do X-Rays and Blood test (which is understandable to find out what was wrong), but He could not figure out what was wrong, and told them to leave the dog for observation and once again another $500 gone, my friend came back late afternoon to pick their dog and the dog was worse, He send them home and asked them to come back next day for some kind of exploratory surgery, but guess what the poor dog die in the hands of the 14 year old owner 10 min after released from Chevarria’s clinic. That kid is devastated. People be careful with this clinic if you have an emergency do not go there, find someone else.
