Worst service ever, should close this place, the people who work there are very inept, say the animal will be well and dies a few hours later, we should sue them for the most expensive and worst service, so cynical stupid people .l.

Terrible. I found a ran-over cat and took it to this place to save it. They checked it, said the cat was just fine and charged me $77 for the service. A few hours later the cat died, they would not refund the money, even though they made a wrong diagnosis, and instead offered me their expensive cremation services.

They treated my dog well and everyone was friendly. I showed up 15 min before our appointment and we didn't get called in until 45 minutes after our schedule time. It was ridiculous. I also emailed them shot records from the previous vet where we use to live. I emailed it to the email address listed on her website but they were not able to open it even though it was a pdf file. So I had to go back to my office, print it out, and fax it. So much for trying to save paper. I'm going to raise hell if they make me pay another visitation fee when I go back for my dog's shots.

Horrible customer service. Outrageous prices

I'm new to El Paso and it's been difficult finding a Vet for my little furry ones that i could trust, felt comfortable with and was not too heavy on the pocket and Paws &Hooves is definately it. I LUVD the Dr's!! all of the staff (at the mobile vet & the clinic) are very friendly, the Dr's are very knowlegeable and love what they do. Best of all they have very reasonable prices. Be prepared to wait for a little while at the mobile vet sometimes because they do get really busy at times but well worth the wait. I will definately keep coming back
