My experience is absolute horror and revulsion that ANY human being could stoop SO low and that his staff would support such behaviour. I hope whatever governing body he practices under revokes his license and I hope Dr. Tierce and staff are routinely shunned and shamed by by all who deplore such ghastly , malicious actions under the guise of being champions of animals. Make note of this man's name and beware- he will no doubt show up working elsewhere pretending to being genuine and compassionate . Disgusting.
Those who have never been there ought to rescind their reviews. Dr. Tierce does not deserve to be tried by the Media. I have been bringing my dogs there for 40 years and twice during that time he performed emergency surgeries that saved the lives of my pets. Cruelty to animals?!! He is the last person on earth that belongs to that label. He meets customers bringing sick pets to him at his clinic day or night. He is the most caring vet you could hope to meet. If you have vented against him and given him 1 star based on what you have read in the media, you should be ashamed of yourself. For all I know he will be found guilty tomorrow at the vet review, but that will not change all the good he has done for so many animals over so many years. Even the dog in question is now clearly in better health than when dropped off to be euthanized. Dr. Tierce might (or might not) be guilty of bad judgment in his dealing with certain customers, but he does not deserve the disrespect he is now getting..
This place should be closed. If someone brings their pet in to be euthanized, it should have been. However this vet "mistakenly" diagnosed a terrible condition for a family pet, convinced the family to euthanize the dog, then kept the poor thing alive in terrible conditions as a living blood bank. How is this right? I hope the family wins their lawsuit against this vet and he loses his license permanently! And to the individual who said we shouldn't leave comments based on what was said about this vet should probably really think about how they would feel if this was their pet. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN.
I LOVE everything about this animal clinic. The vets and staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return. This clinic was recommended to me by many friends... and I'm am so thankful that they did.
You people havent even give the vet a chance to tell his side what happened. The owner of the dog ask him to put the dog down due to cost.He didnt have the heart to due this,so he took it on his own to care for the dog.He had a disgruntled employee who wanted to retailate against her sudden dismissal. She choose to hurt him through the media.I've used him for over 25 years and will continue! You hang him before you know the whole truth. Can you people live with the truth!
