They had my dog in a kennel for over 2 and half hours without even touching her. Before leaving we were told she would start in about 20 minutes. Thankfully we called almost 3 hours later and was told they have not started on her yet. Very disorganized, rude people. When we got are dog back she was very thirsty and obviously had no water there. I do not recommend this place if you want your animal to be taken care of.

Dr. Pickle and Dr. Osborne and their staff have been the family pets caretakers for over a decade. The doctors and staff genuinely care and take the necessary time with each pet and I believe they actually "feel the pain" for the families. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing veterinarian care.

I do not understand what happened when reviewer "Becky" visited the clinic as this staff is not only exceptionally friendly and outgoing, but very competent and truly love the pets and people thye work with. It would be very unusual to not be greeted when walking through the door and anything less deserves an apology to the customer. We pride ourselves in being customer oriented and wish "Becky" had not had an experience in which she felt slighted. I assure you the staff is competent and caring, although it does appear that for whatever reason, they did not meet Becky's customer service standards and needs. I highly recommend this clinic in general and Dr. Pickle in particular. Her staff are always friendly and efficient, whether in person or on the phone and Dr. Pickle's competence and committment to animals is outstanding. I would go to her more often if I lived closer but she is definitely my go-to vet for those special needs cases.

My breeder recommended this clinic for my yorkie. She has had excellent care here so I brought my pit bull in for neutering (even though I had been taking him to a different clinic for shots, etc) and they were just as gentle, comfortable and friendly with him as they were with my yorkie. They treated him like the big baby that he is! I would recommend this vet for anyone with any breed. Exceptional service and quality healthcare hands down.
