If I could give this place no stars, I would. We took our dog to them to get her shots and have had nothing but problems since. For one, they will not allow you to go to the back to be with your animal even if you explain to them that they are skittish about the vet and having their nails clipped. For two, they caused an injury to my dog and refuse to acknowledge the injury. It has gotten to the point that I have had to file a complaint with BBB and the Texas Veterinary Board. Thankfully, Petco (which they are not affiliated with other than renting the space from them) has stepped in and is reimbursing me the charges to have my dog seen by my vet. I give Petco a million plus stars for the great service that they have shown in taking care of this issue...The Pet Vet, none. It's best you stay away from this place unless you want an injured pet and to be out more money.

I highly recommend the VETS. While the staff may be a little flaky, im not there to make friends but to help my animals. Dr. Cox is full of helpful information and was able to quickly help my dog and cat's issues. Overall, we will continue to visit Dr. Cox and very satisified with his passion for the animals!

Dr. Cox and Dr. Morrow AND Staff were excellent! They have made us customers for life. We went in with a very sick 10 week old puppy and they were nothing but kind and helpful for the week that we spend in and out of there.
