1/15/14 I had an appointment to get my dog shots and groomed. Went in for the appointment and showed my appointment card for 10am. The lady looked at me like I was crazy, and told me the dog should have been here at 8am. Told me it would be two weeks until they could do it again. I asked what happened to the 10am appt. the groomer said there is no way that was set. They began to get rude. I figured it would be best if I left. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one.
