Dr. Spencer seems to take all of his clients for fools. He is very condescending to his clients. I think he has gotten too comfortable in letting his arrogance overtake his interactions with customers. This attitude has transferred to his staff as well. They walk around like they are untouchable, and it is to the client's pet's detriment. I would encourage you to not go to Dr. Spencer. His wife sits at the front desk, and after talking to her you would think she was raised in a barn. You would just be asking for a hassle and a headache by going here.
