Called to see if they would set up a payment plan for my dog with a bleeding leg. Was told that they are a "new clinic" and couldn't help my dog. The vet got on the phone and just told me to flush it with soap water. I give it two stars for the "free phone talk advice", but soap water isn't going to heal a snake bite or a torn tendon.
