First of all, the staff was absolutely wonderful. Not the slightest bit rude to anyone about anything. Online registration, check in and check out of the low cost neuter went flawlessly and my doggy is healing up nicely.

I have been taking my dog here since I adopted him last year. They are friendly and truly take time to care for each animal. I love that they talk to the animals and care for the same as I would so they are comforted and feel safe. My 1 yr old gsd was neutered here and my new baby dachshund will be neutered by them as soon as he reaches of age. They are great for those of us who don't have the funds to pay 3x as much to be responsible pet owners. While there don't forget to pick up your heartworm and flea meds :D

DISHONEST. My cats are indoors and treated with flea control monthly from their regular vet. How convenient that these people are saying they saw fleas on her after I left and charged me $12 and it's "the vet's call". Also charged $10 for being in heat. Again, how convenient that both ladies on either side of me's cats were in heat with fleas. HHHMMMMMM Taking my other four cats elsewhere for their surgeries. Can't stand dishonesty.
