I have taken both of my dogs to Dr. Dempsey. I typically drop them off on the way to work. He is always thorough and calls with any questions or issues and responds accordingly. The personnel at the clinic take great care of all the "patients'. He even offered and drove my dog over to the groomers "Pawsh Dog House" where I could pick him up later in the day when I had to leave him for the full day when he wen in for his annual appointment. Now that is what I call service.

They are extremely good at sending out reminders for visits. They also call to check up on the condition of our dogs after they've been treated or had an exam. They spend a lot of quality time with our dogs and don't seem to rush or hurry us out. I'd recommend them.

Dr. Dempsey and the staff are really wonderful with both our dogs. Both are rescue dogs and one of them has socailization issues. Bay Area Animal Clinic has been great at making her feel comfortable and safe in their care. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Dempsy is a fabulous vet. We can tell he really cares about our dog, Smithers, whenever we bring him in and never rushes us through an appointment. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great vet in the Clear Lake area!
