I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not only do they price gouge you, when you tell them that they didn't do something well, they just look at you with a stupid look on their face! The vets were not the issue..it's the front end staff that don't care. Glad you have enough customers to take care of your pets because I am taking mine elsewhere!

I recently adopted a min pin from an animal shelter. Having heard that Bay Glen was a good place to obtain care, I took Mickey there for a check-up and shots. The care was excellent. What impressed me the most was the knowledgeable staff and the extensive information by Dr. Long. I feel I will be a better owner because of this information. What a great experience.

I highly recommend the vets at Bay Glen Animal Hospital. Dr. Long and Dr. Trevino have cared for three of my dogs at all stages of life. They love animals (even when they are a little crazy) and it shows. I regularly recommend Bay Glen Animal Hospital to my friends, and I happily recommend them to you too.

We have taken our pets to Bay Glen for years, and the kind, caring, excellent care never changes. The doctors and staff at Bay Glen are the best one could find anywhere! I am always treated kindly and with understanding, and I have every faith that my beloved dog is getting the very best of care! The doctors are tender and loving with Pep and go the extra mile to comfort him in his fear. I would never hesitate to send anyone to Bay Glen; They are GREAT!

The staff at Bay Glen are awesome! Barley my rottweiler had an emergency,could not walk needed to be seen asap. Bay Glen got us in first thing. I had had no luck at all finding a clinic to fill our needs, all other clinics we had been seemed scared of Barley and in turn made him scared. When we arrived the staff saw my Barley for the dog he is a large lap dog! Dr.Trevino and nurse Ashley are GREAT!
