We had a cat that unfortunately needed to be euthanized, so we came in on a Sunday. The staff were very kind and compassionate. They gave ample choices and did their best to make sure her cat was as comfortable as possible. They went the extra mile with additional thoughtful items such as a paw print on a little poem. I would definitely recommend the staff there, and I felt their rates were very fair.

Took my female the at 4am today, she was try to give birth but a pup was turn and lodged in her cervix, I knew she needed a c section to get the others out and save her life. When the dr. Came to talk to me she asked if my vet had talked to me about spaying her I told her no, she is an expensive dog cost me 5000 to buy her she has championship bloodline and I planned on breeding her again . The dr. Told me during the c section she would spayed her, and I said no, she refused to do the c section without spaying her and said if she did the c section she was going to spay her. What was i to do let my dog die so she did the c section and spayed her anyway! I breed these dogs and she has taken a good female and spayed her every dog can have some type of complications during birth but this woman forced her will on me and my dog, I will never go there again and will also be suing this place for forcing their hand on some one with basically no choice. On top of that they charged me 2400 for the c section ! I will also contact the state licensing board to file a complaint!

Took my cat last night suspecting a uti. They confirmed that, but put on a full court press for $1700 worth of work to save his life. I have no problem with a 24 hr clinic charging a premium, but I have a problem with the sleazy used car sales technique. When I asked what we could do to stabilize him until we could see our regular vet, I was given a stern look, and a "HE. COULD. DIE. if we dont act tonight!!!". They eventually gave in, and inserted a catheter temporarily, which dislodged the blockage. He got some relief, and we saw our normal vet this morning. I'll drive much further next time to avoid this place. If you have to use them, just prepare like you do before you buy a used car. Don't let them prey on your emotions.

STAY AWAY! This place wrapped my dog's broken leg to tight in her cast and she ended up losing her leg. Life with 3 legs for her was never the same. Every vet we took her to agreed that it was VCA's fault. In the end, they ended up paying for a portion of her amputation to get us to leave them alone. Save your animal and go somewhere else. Bad company and our dr had horrible bedside manner.

Our pameranian got hit by a car we brought her here to get her checked out and all the doctor could say was she needed xrays to see if she was ok couldnt tell us anything about her condition initially at all about her condition even though she Looked fine but walked a little slow. He noticed nothing!! I thought he would of been more honest and give more information visually about what he noted.
