great Vet in the south Irving area. they are very attentive, friendly, professional and Fenway love them which counts for a lot!

Doctor Crawford is the most caring vet I have ever met in my life. He went above and beyond helping us with our sick cat, even giving us his home phone number. He didn't nickel and dime us the way others do. The charges were clearly spelled out and perfectly reasonable for what they were. There were also a few tests that somehow didn't end up on the bill, and he didn't charge us anything for the follow-up. He saved our cat twice without surgery, but we decided that if it happened again, we would have to say goodbye, because it would continue happening, surgery or not. Unfortunately, it did reoccur, on the weekend of course. I called him, just because I really needed the reassurance that we were doing the right thing. It was obviously his home number, but he answered, took the time to talk to me, and not only provided the reassurance needed, but also referred us to an emergency clinic where he was on the board, so we knew they wouldn't nickel and dime us either. We said goodbye, and it was horribly painful, but a few days later, we received a sympathy card signed by everyone at the office, including some who clearly remembered our cat. That small gesture meant the world. I will never go to another vet as long as live close enough. He's got a client for life in us. So grateful there are people like Doctor Crawford out there.

I have tried a few veterinarians in the Irving area and I say this is the best place to take your pets. Everyone in the office truly cares for each patient and I would never take them to another vet.
