It was about 3 weeks before Thanksgiving and we knew we were heading out of town for the Holiday. With a Terrier and Great Dane, we needed some help! Contacted Privileged Pets for help. They informed me that boarding the Great Dane over the holiday was going to be impossible (Not Surprised!, big dog, late notice) But what we were really interested in was home pet sitting, which they kindly offered as an option. The sitter came by for the meet-the-pets and was super friendly and clearly loves animals! We felt no apprehension leaving the keys to the castle in her hands! On Thanksgiving we were surprised with an adorable Happy Thanksgiving picture with our 2 dogs and cat! All of our friends and family were just as pleased as we were! The Great Dane has figured out how to get out of her crate and made a few messes, which the sitter cleaned for us. (Sorry about that, and THANKS AGAIN!!) Couldn't have had a better experience, and now that we've done it once, we will assuredly use PP again for any of our pet sitting needs!

Fiona and her crew have been making my life much easier by taking care of my three babies for me! I can't always make it home for a midday visit and potty with my pack and it was stressing me out! She has been awesome and my law enforcement husband trusted someone who's husband is a former Houston police officer. Her organization has also been extremely flexible - I have had to make some last minute changes in schedule and even added an extra evening visit for an impromptu girls happy hour which was invaluable! This goes to the very kind and loving individuals of Privileged Pets in the Houston Area. My wife and myself could never had come across a greater group of people if God Himself had meant for us to, and I believe he did cause this meeting. In a time when our family was suffering a tragic moment these kind and understanding individuals helped us in more ways than we will ever be able to thank them. They are by far a very good service for you're furry family members and are some of the most blessed people i have ever had the privilege to meet. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place for there pets. Also the facility is well kept and the grounds were up to standard for any picky pet owner. My wife was obsessed with the scent in the office (please let her know what it was i am begging you lol). Artemis and I lived in Katy for about a year, Fiona and the bunch at Privileged Pets were fantastic! I have not found anyone more friendly and more reliable when it comes to taking care of my baby! They obviously love what they do and it shows! We're loving the beach here in Florida, but we miss Fiona and Jack!!
