Parkside made a very difficult day for me much easier because of their care and understanding.

I've been going to Parkside for 3 years. I have never received a "surprise" on my bill. The most important thing I think people should know is the doctors and staff at Parkside actually care about your pet. The treatments they recommend are the best thing for your pet. If you can't do it, they offer an alternative. My cat was throwing up all the time. She was fine in all other aspects of her life. We just couldn't figure it out. I took her to Parkside and they recommended blood work. I did it, I knew how much it would cost before they did it because they told me and offered me several options. The bloodwork showed nothing helpful so they recommended an x-ray. I couldn't do it at the time financially so they gave me some medication for my cat to help her feel better. When I could afford the x-ray I got one, it showed signs of something concerning but it wasn't clear. They recommended an ultrasound. I couldn't afford that at the time and they helped me figure out how to keep my cat comfortable and not vomiting. Once I did the ultrasound, which they offered at their hospital, we found out my cat had cancer. It was inoperable. I couldn't afford chemo-therapy either. They CARED about that. They talked to me about my options and gave my cat the medicine she needed to give her a wonderful rest of her life. When I finally had to put my cat down they CRIED WITH ME and hugged me and made me feel like I was making the right decision. I did make the right decision by choosing Parkside as my vet. Thank you to Dr. Krall, Dr. Wigginton and Dr. Ruple for helping me through a very hard time.

Caring Doctors and Staff - We have been blessed with many dogs and cats in our family and the last 5 have been cared for by these amazing people. Our animals are not simply pets that are taken to "shot-n-gos" to get in and out as cheap as possible - they are members of our family and our commitment to them is the same as our human family - quality, caring and responsible medical treatment. Unfortunately a couple of them have had serious medical issues. The staff at Parkside patiently went over all of the options and costs associated with each option and helped us pick out the best course with more compassion than many human doctors we have encountered. I am sure there are fly by night cheaper vets around cutting corners and providing substandard care but our family deserves the best - PARKSIDE. Not once have I felt taken advantage of we love all of those who care for are family there!!!

I have been using this clinic now for almost 9 years and find that they are very caring, very sharp and courteous to the client. They always greet you when you arrive and immediately check you in. The doctors are extremely friendly and consult with the clients for the best treatment of their pets. I would highly recommend them!
