Any time I've had to take Isabel(my cat) in, the staff has been great and are always very friendly and helpful. Both Dr. Joyner and Dr. Kruse show their concern, given my kitty's age. Any time she has had to have a procedure done, the staff will give me a follow-up call just to check up on her. This last visit she had to have some tests done which added up and the technician offered the option of applying for the Care Credit Card for these unexpected expenses which was helpful. So all in all I would highly recommend East Lake Veterinary Center.

We loved East Lake Veterinary Center! The staff was always so friendly and professional with us and our St. Bernard Brewtus. We were very sad when we moved from Texas to Maryland and had to find a new vet. We highly recommend them to anyone in the Fort Hood area looking for a vet for their pets.

I have been bringing my 4 legged kids to East Lake for over 20 years and wijll continue do so. The staff at East Lake is always friendly and have a smile on there face when you come into the clinic I would recommened this clinic to all. Dr. Joyner and his staff are the best

I went to this clinic after my cat had significant swelling on her jaw. The clinic saw me the same day I called (compared to the Ft. Hood one which had a 2+ week wait). She had a jaw fracture and they recommended surgery, which was completed later in the week (military vet doesn't do surgeries). The staff is friendly, and the Vets answered every single question we had. I have owned a pet for 7 years and this is the most timely and best experience I've ever had. It may be more expensive then on base, but the quality of service is worth every penny.

I am giving one star for the AWFUL grooming work that has been done to my dog. After I described to the groomer how I would like to have him done (she swore she knew how to groom airedales and she claimed to have groomed them a lot before...), then she went ahead and CUT my Dale's beard off...I specifically asked not to touch it... Also, she cut chunks of his fur here and there and left his head only partially groomed on one side... It was horrible. One should not have to pay for such awful job, I will never trust her my dog. The hair between the toes and inside dog's ears was not cut... As to the clinic - I would highly recommend them. While a bit pricey, the staff and doctors always do their best to help and see your pet the same day. Dr. Joyner is the best.
