I've taken my dogs here several times before and every time I go in, I regret my decision. The front desk staff are not friendly nor customer service oriented whatsoever! They are not helpful at all. It feels like they want your money and that's it. The office visit is $55 and that's not right nor ethical. The doctors spend about 5 minutes with you and the whole time they push products or tests after tests. Joanna who's at the front will not smile for a million-dollar if you know what I mean! I will never go back here and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Doctors are nice and we enjoy Dr. Rodriguez as she has been very good to our dogs. But prices are very high for the service, and they recently informed us they will not allow us to purchase flea/heartworm (or any other prescriptions) from any other provider than them (such as online options). So they are basically holding our dogs' health hostage unless we cough up the ransom they are demanding for the meds. $100 extra per year just for routine medicine is unacceptable to us, so we are now trying to find a different vet that is more considerate of family budgets.

I called to see about a rabies vacc for my kitten and I was told $18 dollars. I thought "no biggie". I went in and received the vaccination and was hit with a whopping $74.00 bill. I am very very upset with the lie I was told, this is not how you treat people. fyi, a rabies vacc at the humane society is only $10 and you can get the works for like $36.00.
