After having problems with my vet - I decided to give this place a try! I could not be more happy this is amazing! Everyone I came in contact with answered all my questions and my dog who I thought we were going to have to put down has wagged his tail the first time in 2 weeks! I am so grateful! I have nothing but positive things to say - including the prices! Not sure why others thought they were expensive everything was very reasonable - including the special food my pet is now on.

The staff here is extremely kind and caring. We had to put one of our most beloved dogs down here because of a terminal illness that he had and everyone was so thoughtful throughout the process. I have to mention Sue because she was exceptionally kind to us and really helped us through the process. That day would've been a lot harder if Sue and rest of the staff weren't so kind-hearted to us. I know some of the other reviews mention high rates, but their rate really aren't high. They're actually a lot cheaper than their nearby competitors and their prices are extremely reasonable. The staff here really does everything they can to help your pet and EVERY TIME I have been there I am blown away by how passionate and caring these people are about their practice and the animals they help.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! These people charge you a Huge bill! Charged me $27.00 for a small plastic container to gather a poop sample, to bring back next month, said they would run it through the lab to see if she has worms or not, (that of course will be a seperate charge that I can pay then). And charged me $35.00 for an examination fee. Took my puppy in for what I thought would be her last set of shots, didn't even get the rabies, said I would need to come back for that next month. She is 15 weeks old! Charged my credit card $150.00! Wow! I have owned pets for 40 years and have never received a vet bill for a puppies set of shots for $150.00. Do not go here unless you have lots and lots of MONEY! By the time you have vacinated your new puppy under their prices you will have spent over a thousand! Will not be back.

Every time I have been in here for the past year I end up with a tremendous bill for extra tests and procedures that the staff fails to tell me about. Just be careful when you go in and make certain that they only do the procedures you request. They will inflate your bill if you let them. The staff is nice and the doctors have the pets best interest at heart. I will not be going back. Why did I go there in the first place? My veternarian of 15 years has retired (I drove from Lake Dallas to Grapevine - he was that good) Now I am in the market a new veternarian. Any suggestions?

They seem insensitive to the fees they are charging. My dog broke it's leg and they wanted me to spend thousands to fix it. When I mentioned I didn't have that kind of money they suggested $700 to $900 for an amputation which, again, I pointed out that I didn't have that kind of money. They suggested casting with weekly visits to see if it heals over 6 to 8 weeks. I suggested putting the dog to sleep but they refused, making me look like an ogor in front of my family. I reluctantly went with their least expensive option and spent more than $500 over the treatment plan that didn't work. I ended up back where I started. Maybe it was just me being the ogor but I didn't feel that their service was appreciative of my patronage. Everyone was nice and civil but those little things, those little extras that say "I understand and am here to help" just never came through.
