Normally I don't bother to give bad reviews, I just don't use the person or business' service any more, HOWEVER! For those of you who might be considering using these people.We took our dog in for a routine dental cleaning and they totally destroyed my faith in them. Her neck was bruised and swollen and she had pockets of fluid in her neck and legs, like a water balloon. I called after hours to see what to do and they don't do anything for you after hours, they refer you to someone in KILLEEN! I left 2 messages and an email. The next morning they called back but it was not in reference to my messages , just a routine call. They all seemed to think it was no big deal. "Let us know if it gets worse" WHATEVER. You people will NEVER touch my dog again! I believe it was a Dr.Crouch who did the procedure. I am not sure. Regardless , this vet has seen the last of my dog and my money, which is all I think they care about anyway. (the money) If I could include a picture here I would. Her neck was PURPLE! She only weighs 4 pounds. I don't think they had to strong arm her. They obviously have someone that is lacking in care or consideration.

Saved my dogs life. Had a serious case of parvo and was near death. Today my dog is 3years old and I have them to thank!
