Have taken all my animals here for over 15 years and this is the most pet friendly staff and vets in the area. Very accommodating and caring. Love the staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I do not know why these reviews are so poor! We walked in back in June when my 14 year old Schnauzer grew very ill and the worst had to be done. Since then we adopted another miniature schnauzer and have been treated amazing! Dr. Lovell really cares for her and you can tell. The staff, when we walk in are smiling and pleasant. They are polite and not only dote over our pup but love my son as well. Dr. Lovell helped get our baby girl back in shape. She was very under weight from her foster situation and her ears were loaded with mites and 2 infections. When we get out of the car at Bay Creek Animal Clinic, Katypage jumps out and is very excited to go inside because she knows they made her better. I can not tell you enough how wonderful they were to us!

While the overall vibe of this place (from building to vet) are pleasant, I'd be hard pressed to say anything else nice about this vet clinic. I feel as though this office really doesn't care too much about dogs (I've seen great care and personalization give to feline patients). Appointments run late, they are pricey compared to other vet offices in the area, they are difficult to deal with over the phone. I've dealt with other vets that just seem a lot more informed and that have the capability of conveying information to others. I'd shop around before settling on this place for care of your animal. And be sure that if you DO switch to a different vet clinic that Bay Creek won't fax over all of your pet's records (only what their clinic has done).

I would not recommend this clinic. They are good with your animal when you are there, however if you need to ask any questions once leaving you can forget about speaking to the vet or your phone call being returned. Also, I took my dog there in because she was having a heat stroke and they were in absolutely no hurry to see her even though it was obvious that she needed immediate attention. I had to leave to take her elsewhere and thank goodness the other clinic was willing to take her quickly otherwise she could have died or been left with other serious health issues.
