My son took his English bulldog because he had stones and was unable to urinate except for small amounts. So the first day it was an office visit and xrays $140.00, next visit it was surgery $600.00, then it was the stone analysis $222.00. Took pet back 2 more times he still can't urinate right. Dr. Johnson would look at him and just say he will be OK. He showed me the 2 stones he had removed. He never re-xrayed him to make sure the stones were all removed. 2 weeks later my son has to take the pet for emergency surgery. Dr. cut him open removed over 12 stones 3 very large ones. He was blocked up and urine was septic would have died if not operated on. My son called Dr. Johnson at LE clinic said he did the best he could. Would not refund the money for not removing the stones. Poor excuse he does not care about peoples pets and belittles them in front of you. I usually take my dogs there for their shots not anymore. I was in there one day and another pet had a bad bowel movement on the floor he said very loudly where everyone could hear it. I'm going to have to burn this place to the ground now. Pets go to the Dr. same as Humans because they are sick. I would hate to think we would be belittled like that if we went to a hospital and they announced that to everyone. Sick of his disrespectful attitude and he should not be a vet he is uncaring just wants the money.

I took my dog to the vet today because I think she has a urinary tract infection. I brought my other dog just incase they had problems getting her to urinate. I informed the vet that they will always cover each others urine. He takes her back and comes back a few minutes later and said she's fine. I said wow how did you get her to pee that fast? He said I didn't, I just stuck a needle in her bladder. I said you never said that's what you were going to do, he smirked and said you never asked. He then got pretty arrogant and unprofessional after looking online this guy has a ton of bad feedback. All I can say is customer beware! I've only had good experiences so far with this vet. He seems very down to earth and knowledgeable. The one time I could not get an appointment on time, I took my dog somewhere else, where he was misdiagnosed and ended up dying. I have no doubt that if I would have waited the extra day and gotten him into Dr.Johnson, he would still be with us today. Presently, we are bringing one of my cats in for treatment, and have been very pleased.

Vet is very good and affordable. GROOMING IS TERRIBLE. My wife took our 12 year old Schnauzer in to be groomed yesterday. The groomer, Bonnie was really nice. She doesn't normally work Thursday's but since she was going to stop by the shop to do a nail trim she told my wife to go ahead and drop off our dog. When my wife picked him up, he looked very nice at first glance. When she got home and was getting him out of the car she noticed bald spots on his chest, butt and leg. Then she was shocked to discover BLOODY SPOTS where the groomer had CUT his moles during the grooming process. (Schnauzers are prone to the moles in old age. I was told this by the girls who work at the vet.) So a groomer should have the same knowledge, not to mention they are huge and easy to see. He had an OPEN GASH on one of them. By the time she was home the office was closed so we took pictures and called this morning to complain. They said sorry but when asked for a discount all that was offered was vet care if wounds get infected. Well, we will be doctoring them at home to prevent infection....so therefor they feel that they have NO ACCOUNTABILITY to make up for their poor service and PAIN inflicted on our poor dog. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR GROOMER AGAIN!

I love this place. Prices are fair and they are honest! I take all 4 of my dogs here and have done so for 6 years. He never charges me for stuff we don't need and is very knowledgeable and experienced. The staff is great and super friendly!
