My 11 year old Maltese required emergency care on a late Friday afternoon. Dr. Houser and staff took her in immediately and found she needed surgery or she would not live past a few days. The care and concern these professionals showed to my pet went way beyond the norm.These people showed me the true meaning of "caring hearts." Within 2 hours, I was able to pick up my dog and was told that all went well and the life threatening danger to my beloved pet was pretty much gone. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to all pet owners. It is not often that you find a facility with a staff that exhibits such high quality care and true heartfelt concern to the clients and their pets the moment you walk in the doors. My greatest Thanks goes out to Dr. Houser and his staff for all their help. And after all was said and done, my bill was lower than I expected and lower than the estimate as well. I will be switching my pets records and care over to this clinic immediately.
