AMAZING CLINIC! The people there are wonderful caring people who ALWAYS put your pets first. My sweet baby Kujo broke his leg and thanks to the gentle care of Dr. Craig Wood and his sweet vet techs, he is good as new and back to playing with his sister. WOULD NOT TAKE MY PETS TO ANYONE ELSE! Not to mention they offer coupons and specials on their facebook. What other clinic do you know locally that offers so much hospitality???

We recently changed clinics and have been more than satisfied with the professionalism, honesty and care for our labs. Our female was having problems with a pregnancy and our "normal" vet did not return my phone calls on two occasions. I tried Lonestar and the doc not only phoned me back, but when my cell dropped the call, he immediately phoned me back to finish the conversation. They fully explain concerns and listen to my input prior to listing treatment options and giving me time to select the course of action I want to take. Well done! Most highly recommend this professional service.

Rushed my 7lb dog here because she was in distress. Thanks to a recent move, I had not located a new vet for my dogs so this was my first pick because it was so close to my home. The vet tech was rude, condescending and did not handle my dog with care. After taking her in the back to be weighed, my dog began screaming. Due to the tech man-handling my small dog, the dog tried to nip at her so she muzzled my dog. This dog NEVER bites, so obviously something wasn't right. The vet and the tech came back with my now muzzled dog and both were EXTREAMLY rude to me. The vet tried to tell me my nervous, 4 year old, sick dog had hind leg issues in addition to her stomach issues currently going on. I completely dismissed that and his suggestion that she had ingested chemicals. (Everything of that nature is put away for my dogs safety! Not my first rodeo!) Since I dismissed his suggestions he became even more rude and short with me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM LIKE A FAMILY MEMBER! The techs & vet are RUDE, CARELESS and treat the animals with 0 RESPECT!! I will not go back to this clinic EVER.
