They went above and beyond to help me out after a bad experience at another hospital the same night (I-20). Everyone was extremely friendly, caring, and compassionate. They were much more knowledgeable than the other place and were more informed of my dog's condition. This allowed them to offer me more honest, reasonable options. Thanks to them, my dog is doing well and is back to her happy self today. I've already recommended them to everyone I know that has a pet in the family.

About two months ago, we found out my dog Bruce had Leukemia. We brought him to this animal hospital. They gave him a month to two months. Dr. Cody Daniels talked to me on the phone. Since my sister brought him in for me origanally while I was at work. I was set on letting my best buddy not to have to suffer. Dr. Daniels sat on the phone with me for about a half an hour. He explained to play it by ear. He also said that Bruce wasn't in to much pain and the meds he gave him would help with the pain. He explained to me that Bruce would let me know when it was his time to go. So I did as he said. Less then two days later Bruce was outside running around and chasing his favorite toy. Sadly about three weeks ago I had to put him down. When it was time i took him back to the animal hospital. They we're very friendly, they very considerate of Bruce and I. Athena the women at the front was extremely helpful. She was always very nice to me. The night I took in Bruce they told me i could take as much time as I needed to say goodbye. I got Bruce cremated and they gave me a nice cedar box with his name engraved on it. They also give you a cermaic paw print that they paint for you. When it was time Dr. Daniels sat on the floor with Bruce and i as they put him to sleep. Today when I went to pick up Bruce. I was greeted by Athena. The Paw the lady I believe that does the ceramic paw prints, did such a great job i loved. Athena also took the time to find a Phoenix suns logo for me to put on it. All i wanted to say is i have had animals for a long time and i have been to many of these animal hospital. Bruce and i have never been treated so well and looked after. For the circumstances i couldn't have found a better place to lay my best buddy to rest. I wanted to thank Dr. Daniels and Athena especially and all the staff there. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a death in our family and while gone left our baby boy Spryte (german Rottweiler 4 month old puppy) at home with our neighbors watching him and our other 2 dogs. When we got home sunday 7-28-13 we saw he has lost a huge amount of weight and wasn't responding like his normal self. We were told he had been vomiting and had horrible diarrhea and rushed him to Animal emergency hospital of Mansfield. We went straight back and he was seen immediately!!! Our tech, Jaime, was one of the sweetest people I have ever met and treated us like family. Our vet, Dr. Melissa Rouquette, DVM, was so through and understood our financial situation and worked with us to do what was right by Spryte. We lost Spryte in my arms that evening with the doctor by my side by euthanasia and it was the most peaceful death he could have had in his situation. Although we do not know 100% what was wrong (believe obstruction or telescopic intestinal problem) we know he couldn't have survived. I broke down horribly and they were there for us as much as they were him. I received a card in the mail today with hand written messages form both the doctor and Jaime today and would like to share the message. although it brought me to tears and tears continue to stream this little card means more than anything in this horrible time in my family's life... Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water, and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made strong and whole again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; his eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from you life, but never absent from your heart. Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together... Thank you so much Jaime and Dr. Rouquette thanks to yall our baby is safe, pain free and waiting for us to come home...

**Highly recommend for emergency care for your pet** When I brought my cat in he was in terrible shape. It turned out to be bladder stones and he was suffering from a blockage. The situation was dire and the vets were absolutely wonderful. Everyone from the front desk on was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I hope to never need their services again, but in the event I do I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I just lost my dog and when I found his body I brought him into here. I was so out of it and I could not make full sentences. They where so nice and let me stay until I collected myself. Thank you so much for being so nice and helpful at a time of need.
