Dr. Terry made this an AWFUL experience! If you MUST go here, then definitely request Dr. McClister. Dr. Terry acted as if she was afraid of my dog, who is very sweet. The tech was loving on her and the doctor barely touched her, all she did was SMELL THE EARS! I waited over an hour and then the doctor spent a total of 2 minutes in the room! This clinic is all about the money. I do have to say that I loved the receptionists and technicians, they were very sweet and helpful, but after being treated like I knew nothing about my animal by Dr. Terry, I will NOT be returning.

The new female doctor (Dr. Terry?) added medication upon medication after my dog had an ear infection that happens annually. I have gone to other clinics before for the same thing and received half the treatment with the same results. It really just seemed like it was all about jacking the price up instead of being sensible. She was also very impersonal which made for an awkward visit. I was hoping to make this my regular clinic due to it being so close to my home, but unfortunately I think I am going to keep looking.

We have been going to Mansfield Animal Clinic for years and have had good or excellent service. We're huge fans of Dr. Mac but Dr. Terry has also seen our Labs, Rotties & now a German Shepherd and has been great with all of them. We have used them for both Vet care and boarding and have no complaints.

What a rip off. They nickel and dime you like crazy. I just had a $500 visit and all they did was x-rays and ear cleaning and heart worm test. I also got quoted $1500 for a tail removal surgery. I contacted my breeder she put me in touch with her vet. They charge $250 for the same procedure. This place used to be great. The old vet sold the business and now it is a rip off. STAY AWAY

We have always used Mansfield Animal Clinic when it was just Dr. Cannon and Dr. Mac. Our experience with Dr. Hill and the current staff was not a good one. We took Piper our Shiba Inu in to be looked at for her tummy issues. (She was yelping when she tried to poop.) She's not a fan of people she doesn't know and has not been feeling well for 3 days. This was not her first time going to this clinic and we have never seen her in this much pain. She freaked out and nipped my husband while being weighed in the office on this visit, but was calm when tech/assistant entered the room to go over why we where there. She then took Piper wrapped in a blanket to the back room. Not long after that my husband is summoned to the back room, where he was told that Piper was calm sitting on the table and then she snapped and bit the tech/assistant. Since a bite occurred she had to be quarantined for 10 days so they locked her up where she had a seizure. We thought they were kind to let us see her during the long 10 days, later to find out that the bite occurred while they were trying to muzzle her. A fact that was never mentioned to us before. Piper is a highly sensitive dog who was in pain and has never been muzzled before so knowing this makes perfect sense for her biting /lashing out. We picked her up today after the 10 days and was told the blood on her face was from her biting her tongue when they gave her the rabies vaccination. While cleaning the blood off her face I noticed that it was her lip and she was still bleeding. They never even bother to check that before us showing up to take her home. We WILL NEVER take any of our 3 pets back to this clinic again.
